Delete your FitBound account

You can request permanent deletion of your FitBound Online account and associated personal data at any time. FitBound is still in development; the in-app deletion path will be listed here when accounts become publicly available.

Request deletion by email

1. Email support@fitboundonline.com from the email address connected to your FitBound account.
2. Use the subject line “FitBound account deletion request.”
3. Include your FitBound username, if you have one. Do not send your password.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify your account profile and associated workout, wellness, character, quest, equipment, achievement, and social data under our control. Content shared with others may remain in limited form where necessary to preserve their experience, but it will no longer identify your deleted account where reasonably possible.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted when the applicable period ends.
