It's queued locally and syncs — and is verified — once you're back online. Pending sessions are visibly labeled as pending in the app.

Forge Coins are the earned in-game currency — training earns them, and they pay for crafting and ordinary shop purchases. Bound Gems are the premium currency: purchasable in bundles ($0.99–$99.99) in the app, and also earnable in-game through guild gym control. Bound Gems never buy permanent competitive power and can never be traded between players.

No. Rewardable effort is capped server-side so the system doesn't push unsafe training volume in pursuit of faster progress.

Yes. The current build supports barcode scanning with packaged-food lookup, nutrition-label photo scanning, and AI photo recognition of a plated meal. AI meal and label scans are a Premium feature, with 10 free scans included on every account. Scan results are estimates — every AI-estimated value is editable in one tap, and manual entry always works.

No. Calorie and macro estimates are planning tools, not clinical guidance. They don't replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian.

No. It's a training-context visualization built from a simplified, non-anatomical body model. It doesn't diagnose injury or confirm you're medically safe to train.

Yes to all three. Friend requests, username discovery, blocking, and privacy controls are live, you can create or join a guild with real membership and roles, and you can trade gear and materials with friends — gated by a minimum friendship duration and a shared-gym rule, with both sides confirming. Seasonal leaderboards rank you against friends, gym members, and guild members, and guilds compete for daily control of real-world gyms, scored on member activity and settled automatically each day.
