What's in the current build

Shipped Plan selection, an exercise catalog, an active-session dashboard with set/load/time tracking, rest timing, RPE capture, and an offline queue that keeps working when your connection drops.

The catalog includes a large set of exercises drawn from the current mobile database. We're not publishing an exact count on this page — the number changes as content review continues, and we'd rather be accurate than impressive.

Verification and rewards

A finished session is submitted, then moves through FitBound's current validation rules before it counts toward XP and attributes. In development Deeper server-side integrity and abuse-resistance work is ongoing. See How It Works for the full loop.

Your library, your history

Shipped A standalone exercise library lets you browse the full catalog outside a session and create private custom exercises only you can see. Plan preferences set during onboarding — goals, split, schedule, equipment profiles for home, gym, and outdoors — stay editable afterward without redoing the wizard.

Shipped Switching from Fitbod? You can import your Fitbod workout-history CSV for your own reference. Imported history stays on your device only and never counts toward XP, stats, or rewards — progression in FitBound is earned in FitBound.

Safety and content review

Not every exercise in the catalog has completed a full form-and-media review yet. That's In development work, and it's ongoing alongside the rest of the product.
