The daily tracking core

Shipped Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat tracking against daily goals, a water log, a daily diary of recent entries, and week-level consistency context. Manual, typed entry always works — scanning is a faster path into the same diary, not a replacement for it.

Consistent, healthy-range food logging also feeds the game layer: it boosts the XP your verified workouts earn (up to 1.5x with a sustained streak). Falling short of a target never reduces rewards, and food never directly raises physical stats.

Scan a barcode, a label, or the meal itself

Shipped Three faster capture paths are in the current build: barcode scanning with packaged-food lookup, nutrition-label photo scanning, and AI photo recognition of a plated meal. AI meal and label scans are a Premium feature, with 10 free scans included on every account and metering enforced server-side.

Scan results are estimates, and the app treats them that way — every AI-estimated value is shown as editable, and correcting a number takes one tap. Meal photos sent for AI analysis are deleted immediately after the response; see data deletion for the full retention picture.
